Membership

A new member applicant should submit to the Secretary:

• a completed application

• a check for the amount of the current dues

New members are encouraged to attend the annual meeting at which their membership will be announced.

Guests

Any sleep medicine professional shall be eligible to attend GASP functions as a guest at a registration fee agreed upon by the Executive Committee.

Guest Speakers

Invited speakers at continuing education activities will receive $500 honorarium, plus appropriate overnight accommodations, travel expenses and meals as needed.

            AASM Accredited Sleep Centers or Labs

            Includes 2 voting individuals

            Clinician Member

            Physician, Dentist, PhD, RN, PA, ARNP, LPN, MA

            Technical Member

            RPSGT, Non-RPSGT, RRT, CRT, R.EEG.T, EEG.T.

    Non-Voting Members

           Associate Member

           Individuals with an interest in Sleep Medicine

           Non-Accredited Facility Member

Annual Dues

Facility Member - $500 per year

Associate Facility Member - $500 per year

Clinician Member - $75 per year

Technical Member - $35 per year

Associate Members- $20 per year

Dues must be paid by March 30. 

Dues amounts after April 1 as follows:

Facility Member - $600

Associate Facility Member - $600 per year

Clinician Member - $100

Technical Member - $50

Associate Members- $25

Dues amounts after May 1 as follows:

Facility Member - $700

Associate Facility Member - $700 per year

Clinician Member - $125

Technical Member - $65

Associate Members- $30

Members who have not paid dues by June 1 will be dropped from the roster.
